Can we come and view the products prior to placing an order?

Absolutely! We completely understand that some people may like to view the product first hand prior to making the purchase.

Please contact us via email or whatsapp to set up a viewing appointment.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do! Please email us with pictures and dimensions of what it is you are interested in and we will be able to get a quote mailed to you as soon as possible! Please note that custom orders take a little longer than our usual lead time (7-14 business days)

How do we go about personalising an item?

When you add your item to your cart - be sure to add the personalised of the item to your cart and don't forget to add your personalised text to the "Add a note to your order" box at checkout!

 

How long will my order take?

Dependent on stock, we ask you to please allow a lead time of 7-10 business days for your order to be ready for collection / sent out for delivery.

Delivery period ranges from 2-3 days, depending on where you are situated.

Why is my engraving not exactly like the image on the website nor the gradient in dark wood to light wood?

Disclaimer: Wood is a natural product which often exhibit certain inherent inconsistencies. The product you are purchasing may be subject to conditions such as natural colour variation, grain structure and depth of engraving.

The darkening of all woods is a natural occurrence that takes place at different rates between species. The conditions above lead to a natural variation in colour and grain. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PERSONALISED & CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

In the case that a product should be faulty, we will collect the products from the delivery address, bring it back to the factory for our manufacturers to assess and  deliver it back to you, free of charge, should it be a fault on our side.

NO REFUND POLICY AS PRODUCTS ARE MADE ON ORDER.
